I have been teaching in some capacity for the past 22 years, including elementary, higher education, and non-profits. I am also very involved in my local community including serving on the Membership Committee of SURJ (Showing Up for Racial Justice), facilitating sexuality education classes for all ages, hosting a fundraiser for the Greater Lafayette Legal Defense fund, and volunteering at the local Pride Center. My curiosity for learning, passion for collaboration, experience in community building, attention to detail, and talent for organizing make me an excellent advisor, mentor, curriculum coordinator, and presenter.
