About Nicole Mccarthy

Nicole McCarthy (she/her) is the Vice President, Innovation & Venture at World Business Chicago. Dedicated to advancing equity in Chicago's tech ecosystem, she designs and implements programs that connect entrepreneurs with resources for growth. She is passionate about increasing full and meaningful economic inclusion for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community in the Midwest. Beyond her role, Nicole co-chairs The Gray Matter Experience's associate board and contributes to StartOut's Chicago programming board, supporting LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs.
