Nicole is a seasoned Banker with 20+ years experience in the finance industry - covering all roles from entry level to Senior Management.Nicole is now leading a very successful team as the NSW State Manager heading up the total Branch and Mortgage Lending team for Great Southern Bank - formally known as Credit Union Australia (CUA)Prior to her latest challenge she was appointed by CUA( now Great Southern Bank) to start up the Home Lending team recruiting and training Home Lenders both branch based and Mobile Bankers and managing the NSW Home Lending team to transform the business and become credible and competitive in the market.She then had the opportunity after two years to take on the total Branch and Home Lending team for the CUA NSW North Region. Again transforming a team to be successful and consistent.Before joining CUA ( now Great Southern Bank) Nicole was recruited as NSW Regional State Manager - Bankwest responsible for the strategic planning and execution against the national sales, service, risk and people objectives. Key lead responsible for the strategic creation & execution of the national leadership behavioural sales training and leadership upskilling programmes.Joining Bankwest in 2007 -Senior Area Manager during the strategic East Coast expansion she was responsible for site selection for Stores, sourcing and supporting the recruitment process of talented sales colleagues.Supported the creation of the induction training as SME creating several sales and management behavioural training modules that became business as usual practices.During this time, she continued to support the new store roll outs whilst also managing start up stores to consistently deliver against aggressive sales targets, taken on mentoring and up skilling new Area Sales Managers as the network expanded.Achieving outstanding annual Gallup scores (Staff engagement & commitment) Nicole has ranked first nationally consistently for four years - with 4.76 and 4.89 against a top score of 5 (Gallup) and 2012 Kinexa school 89/100 - well above Bankwest national average and industry bench world class. This is her proudest achievement.
