In the fortinos I work at, I'm employeed as a Salad Bar Clerk. I make the trays and platers customers request at the time they request it, or take telephone orders for customers for that need things for later dates. In this department, Customer Service is very important, I make sure the customer leaves satisfied and very impressed with the service I gave them.

At Liquidation World, I was employed as A Cashier, as well as a shelf stocker. At the cash, I rang people out when their shopping trip was complete, and I bagged for them so they didn't have too. Customer service as a cashier is very important because its one of the last things they remember as they leave and its very important they leave the store happy. As a shelf stocker, I made sure they shelves always had product on them and they were never empty. I also showed customers were items were and made sure they were happy with their items before they went to cash out.
