Rubber Lining Services Australia (RLSA) is a growth surface protection specialist business located in The City of Frankston, Melbourne, Victoria. We service and work across industries such as manufacturing, resources and infrastructure throughout Australia and overseas. I co-founded what was to become RLSA with Brenten Dwyer originally as a sole trader operation in 2014. Demand grew for the type of specialist technical knowledge, understanding of premium surface protection products and skilled resource hire we were providing to the market, which led to a change in business structure in late 2015. RLSA enjoys productive supplier, customer and installer relationships with leading global brands and organisations, the likes of Rema Tip Top, Metso Outotec & Steuler KCH Australia. In order to secure supply into Australia and meet market demand for exotic rubber sheet and linings, RLSA developed an exclusive distribution agreement with Canadian based rubber producer, Polycorp in 2019. RLSA has evolved to a team of approx. 15 like-minded, capable and qualified people located throughout Australia who share our values and company vision to provide our customers with a level of service and flexibility that sets us apart.My role as Director within RLSA encompasses the Administration/Systems, Finance, Human Resources & Public Relations functions across the business. Some of my most favourite moments at RLSA so far is seeing our business meet our planning milestones/targets, team members going from strength to strength in terms of their skill and educational development and helping our customers to achieve what feels like the impossible for them at times.

Electric Street is a go-to content producer for Victorian Government and many other related institutions, organisations and departments in Melbourne and greater Victoria. Electric Street holds well-established credentials in the University, online education, tourism and major events spaces which complements our deep understanding of the retail and advertising space. My key responsibilities at Electric Street as Producer & Client Experience included the requirement to have a thorough understanding of the clients brief, pitching creative ideas, working with the client to execute their vision, production planning and management, ensuring a seamless client experience, budgeting and engaging and working with small to medium scale production crews inclusive of freelancer and house team members.Working at Electric Steet provided me with a great opportunity to work closely with a great team of people and expand my production network beyond South Australia where I had predominantly worked in the past.

Based at the South Australian Film Corporations iconic Adelaide Studios, 57 Films is a full-service production company offering everything from concept development and scripting through production, film, animation, sound design and editing.My role within the 57 Films team as a Producer involved a wide range of functions that certainly evolved since joining the team in 2012. Primarily, I was responsible for ensuring a healthy collaboration with our clients, the nurturing of relationships and delivering a product to our clients that they loved. As well as experience on diverse creative projects, I also actively account managed client accounts and supported other client accounts in a Producer capacity. I brought extensive experience in the corporate private sector having worked for BHP for a number of years as well as working for small to medium business. Previous studies and interests include Public Relations, Indigenous and Australian Studies, Social Enterprise, Continuous Improvement and Social Media. Having been a former client of 57 Films, I was in a great position to help ensure we offered a service that was client-centred and of a high standard. Loving to learn and having so much opportunity to do so in my role at 57 Films meant that I not only got to endlessly learn about our industry but also about our clients. I took great pleasure in learning about what our clients do, their personality and industries and then communicating their message to a wider audience, in an engaging and innovative way.The best parts of my role at 57 Films apart from the people I worked with (that was a given at 57!) was the privilege of regularly travelling into some of Australias most remote desert and Indigenous communities and without a doubt meeting some of the nicest people you could ever meet - Tasmanian oyster farmers!

BHP is a world-leading resources company that extracts and process minerals, oil and gas that are sold worldwide. BHP is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.During my time at BHP (and before that WMC), I worked in various mine site-based and corporate based roles encompassing the business areas of Public Affairs, Projects, Finance, the proposed expansion of Olympic Dam, External Affairs, Legal and HSEC both Olympic Dam (800km North of Adelaide, located in South Australia's Far North) and the Uranium Customer Sector Group Executive which was based in Adelaide.My key roles and responsibilities during my time at BHP included Personal and Executive Assistant assignments to members of the Olympic Dam and Uranium Executive, working with internal BHP stakeholders domestically and internationally, liaison with external government, community, private and sector stakeholders, administration and systems implementation, change management initiatives, facilities management and project management/project rollouts.Takeaways from my time at BHP (apart from lifelong friendships) would have to be realising my own resilience at quite a young age, given I had to live remotely for a large period of time, the opportunity to work for high calibre people who weren't afraid to provide me with challenges and stretch my capabilities beyond my role description and a taste for good wine!
