* 3 years experience in the medical industry where I was fortunate enough to learn about the industry and provide others with the knowledge and skills that I had gained. Providing solutions to clients, educating them on how their medical aid worked and going above and beyond my job description to assist them with all their queries. This is where I gained enough enough knowledge about the different departments to move up the ladder to a Specialist. In this role I learnt how to deal with a handful of different personalities and to assist an irate client with ease. I was faced with complex queries that required more skills than I had at them time, this challenged me to gain more knowledge and to be more specialised in the role I was in. * 2 years personal/sales assistant to a Senior Sales Manager. This was a new industry for me to gain knowledge in. Handling all quotes, everyday requests, managing portfolios, maintaining client relationships and submitting sale packs were the few tasks i was in charge of on top of the everyday phone calls and emails. * Current role as a Rental Manager as well as a sales assistant. My skill in time management and pedantic nature allowed me to do all my previous tasks as well as take on a new position. I have a current portfolio of 20 clients that I maintain relationships with while looking for more clients. I manage my own rental fleet where I need to make sure that all units are well maintained. * I have a new role, Editor to our Facebook page, where I have created standardised answers to FAQ's, respond back to clients requesting information via messanger, send out queries to the relevant reps and departments.I have a passion for anything that allows me to practise my time management and organisational skills. I consistently work to the highest professional standards and thrive when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver on the multiple tasks at hand. I have strong administration and organization skills, technically savvy and meticulous.
