The role requires daily liaison with L&D professionals to plan, market and coordinate training, assess project management competencies, customisation of programmes, and on-going evaluation. As the day to day contact for our clients I am responsible for maintaining the relationship and actively growing the account through other revenue streams. Having been based in the London office for 9 years, I relocated relocated to the Dubai office last year to assist with some of our Middle Eastern clients. I manage the Client Engagement Management team based out of the London office remotely. I trained our two new recruits into the team and brought them up to speed on the role. I regularly work to coach and manage their success and deliverables with their own clients.
