Sales: purchasing leads, calling and setting up appointments, meeting with clients, showing them plans and signing deals. Also follow up with insurance companies during underwriting, & keep in touch with clients on process. I also would generate leads on own by door knocking & networking.

Transportation

Bartender, and worked service station for cocktail servers. I made sure that all customers in the front area had food & their beverages were full. We had a conference room where we would hold events from time to time and I would bartend those for private parties. We had events like for instance, 1/2 Way to St. Patty's Day and St. Patty's Day.

I innovated & found new ways to build & correct the business, created new log sheets to organize the company, created new contracts and scope of work for all employees, invoiced, went through previous worker logs to find jobs that had never been invoiced for, sent out mail to clients with past invoices found, kept a log in Excel for any correspondence to clients, micro-organized the business inside and out, searched for better pricing on products and in turn I up-charged items for an increase in profits, created new service tickets and contracts according new updates, set up a mailing list for existing clients & updated them with any price changes, emailed new clients service tickets & contracts, answered to any discrepancies with clients, took inventory on supplies and property loaned or stocked, created files and put forth new organization within the office, created daily schedules, prepped jobs by the end of the day by: printing & gathering any supplies for the workers by 5pm, & by calling clients a day prior to inform them of our scheduled appointment the following day, I logged all bills, checks, and receipts into QuickBooks, viewed accounts regularly, sent out notices to clients with past due accounts, gave special discounts to past clients for new referrals, etc.. Trained employees on job responsibilities, checked over cleaners work and corrected it if needed, guest relations and helped to satisfy the customer, stocked & loaded vehicles, drove employees to and from jobs, ordered & picked up supplies, replaced light bulbs at commercial properties, spoke to the management at properties about performance, made sure that all employees were doing their jobs accordingly, made phone calls and kept in touch with all employees throughout the day, problem solved and made sure that jobs were taken care of on a daily basis, made sure that there were enough employees working at all times. If needed I would also work cleaning if we were shorthanded.

Duties: cleaned residential homes, waste removal & touchups to properties, apartment complex main offices & properties. I helped to market the company by posting flyers and handing them out. My main job was to focus on cleaning properties and training. We deep cleaned each property as needed, fast paced. If there were ever an extra dirty property, I would let the boss know before I started so we could charge them accordingly. My job was to dust, wipe out all cabinetry, polish cabinets, wipe down all surfaces, cleaned out the refrigerator & stove, cleaned behind all appliances, windows, overhead, base boards, swept, vacuumed, spot cleaned carpets if requested, cleaned bathrooms, showers & tubs, stocked commercial properties as needed, etc..
