Strategic leader responsible for driving the overall people strategy to support the growth and culture of Community Choice Credit Union. Develops and implements Human Resource initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, foster a culture of engagement, and support organizational excellence. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing vision and direction for all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and diversity, equity and, inclusion.

Responsible for the strategy and administration of all employee benefits programs for Kum & Go and Krause Group businesses.

Manage strategy, design and administration for HR benefit programs focused on employee wellbeing, work-perks/amenities, time away programs and leave administration; driving value and creating a positive overall employee experience.  In collaboration with Director - Total Rewards; Lead strategy, design, and implementation efforts for wellbeing, work-perk/amenities, time away programs and leave administration for HR Total Rewards team. Present strategy and design concepts to senior executives and key stakeholders within the organization for approval to execute. Provide administrative support for benefits related to employee wellbeing, work perks/amenities, time away programs, and leave administration.  Consult with business partners both domestically and globally, on overall strategy and design; to ensure program alignment that will enhance overall employee experience. Serve as a Relationship Manager to internal and third-party vendors; participating in the review, selection, and on-boarding process for new vendors.  Manage and influence vendor contractual obligations, monitor vendor performance, and present outcomes to vendors, necessary key business partners and senior leadership.  Oversee employee communication strategy; ensuring strategic alignment for a positive employee experience. Effectively manage budgets for three budget centers; including accurately forecasting for future expenses, and ensuring all budgets remain within the forecasted amounts.

Responsible for the design and successful implementation of all Wellness & Work/Life offerings for Principal employees. ▪ Strategically plan and implement corporate-wide employee wellness and work-life programs, driving employee engagement.▪ Maintain a wide variety of vendor relationships, ensuring all vendors adhere to contract terms and assist in the delivery of desired outcomes. ▪ Consult on Wellness & Work/Life policies; advising on plan design and compliance issues. ▪ Utilize project management skills for implementation of benefit changes, and other special projects.

Effectively lead and manage a team of Health & Productivity professionals; driving employee engagement in wellness related programs. ▪ Manage and oversee design, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of corporate-wide wellness-based programs and services. ▪ Assist in strategy design for the Health & Productivity department, driving employee engagement in annual health screenings, and other wellness programs and services. ▪ Oversee seven corporate sponsored onsite fitness centers throughout the domestic U.S.
