About Nicole Moro
Nicole was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She attended San Diego State University where she graduated with her Bachelor's in Business Administration. During her time at SDSU, she was a part of Delta Sigma Pi, a co-ed Business Fraternity, where she held various positions including VP of Community Service, VP of Alumni Relations and Senior Vice President. Nicole launched her career at The Equity Company as an Admin Assistant and quickly was promoted to Leasing Agent. After graduation, she moved to Onyx Property Management (previously SOS Management) again as an Admin Assistant then Assistant Property Manager. After 2 years with the company, she was promoted to Property Manager where she over saw 300 plus doors which included single family, town homes and small apartment buildings. She had the opportunity to not only rent and manage many of these units but to also be a part of larger full building renovations. She coordinated unit rehabs which encompassed full kitchen guts, asbestos removal and addition of major plumbing for washers/dryers to units that didn't have any. Nicole also has a passion for renovation and design for renter friendly units. Simple aesthetics, attention to detail, durability and appeal to the masses are things that she considers when coming up with rental unit designs. Currently, Nicole is a Property Manager in New York City with Choice Property Management. She works on 5 buildings in the Manhattan and Brooklyn boroughs. In the future, she wishes to continue to build her investment portfolio and hopes to manage and work for herself. In her free time, Nicole loves outdoor activities, reading, and traveling along with just about anything to do with water and the ocean.
