Led a project team that developed data mapping rules and managed data-related communications with 21 exchanges. ► Performed feasibility and ROI analyses of stakeholder requests to onboard or enhance exchange market data from 50+ North American exchanges, including TMX, NYSE, Nasdaq, CME, and Cboe. Prepared business and technical requirements to integrate data into the Bloomberg data model and rendered final decisions on design options provided by Engineering.► Managed business relationships with North American exchanges, including negotiating policy and fee changes to ensure the best possible terms for Bloomberg clients, coordinating with in-house counsel when necessary.► Led a project to successfully onboard a new exchange in Mexico on its launch date, including advising the exchange on best practices for developing its market data feed product and coordinating “swarms” with project stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Data to expedite project delivery.► Selected by senior management to propose improvements to the methods/technology used to produce project requirements, resulting in engaging a consulting firm to develop a custom software tool that improved the quality/consistency of requirements and project deliveries. Engaged with the consultants during the design phase as Bloomberg’s primary user representative and managed a team that migrated ownership of the tool to in-house Engineering and established adoption goals.► Partnered with engineering stakeholders and management to adopt Jira for project management/tracking across global teams, migrating 300+ projects previously tracked using spreadsheets.
