Joined as the 6th employee (now 100+) of the MIT health tech start-up focused on the prevention of diabetic foot complications. Commercial efforts focused on contracting with payers to reimburse the tech-enabled Podimetrics program, partnering with prescribing providers, and engaging patients with advanced diabetes.• Established the Marketing function at Podimetrics; closely partnered with Sales, Legal/Regulatory, Product and Clinical/Research, and managed vendors for PR, content, digital and design.• Developed technology story and tailored value propositions for target audiences. • Created content on prevention program, research, and FDA-cleared SmartMat; ensured consistency in messaging throughout sales/marketing channels.• Collaborated with sales to continuously develop new selling tools, provide training, and introduce technology to optimize efforts and track metrics.• Lead events and partnerships for sales-driving activities including content and promotion of webinars, scientific conferences, and tradeshows.
