Events that generate talkabilty and tangible PR results for the station and revenue for the charity. • Continually seek new opportunities to promote to listeners the range of programmes and services offered by the station in line with agreed strategic priorities.• Forecast target revenue from charity events and deal with all financial outgoings for the team – venues, suppliers, printing and marketing.• Maintaining corporate partnerships and generating new ones to maximise Essex FM’s exposure off-air in the local area • Creating new campaigns to generate awareness of the charity and its influence on disadvantaged children in Essex,• Obtaining corporate sponsorship for the charity and fundraising events• Cultivating relationships with celebrities to show their affiliation with the charity• Arranging on-air promotion of all charity events• Stimulating grant applications from children’s charities in the local community and manage the grants giving process from start to finish

- Promoting and selling celebrity photo sets to tabloid newspapers and glossy magazines- Developing a web portal for the viewing and promoting of photo shoots- Involvement in the creative of the photo shoots to ensure they are appealing to several clients
