Managed onboarding sessions, system updates, stakeholder notifications, contract/letter preparations, payroll reports- System updates for high year-end volume of contract extensions and terminations- Ad-hoc tasks: Support for teammates during absences, updates of existing documents, any other tasks requiredAchievements: Management of a project for Australia and New Zealand:  Core cycle exercise for 2016 and 2017 which involved the mass preparation of promotion letters The 2016 compliance project for leave declaration involving the Australia and New Zealand offices (over 600 employees in total): Verification (and management of exceptions, if applicable) that employee absences registered at the end of the year were in accordance with the contractual and legal specifications for each employee.

- Supported the team with KYC background checks (legal, reputation etc.): document management and system management - Managed administration processes for the Head of Trust Administration: schedule, expenses, invoice processing, courier dispatches, mail distribution etc. - Coordinated local/international meetings which included room reservation/preparation, document preparation & itineraries/IT requests for important visitors
