- Program manager for the 2015 and 2017 CSP MegaFAMs: bringing over 160 international travel agents to 10 Canadian provinces and territories.- Project management of the Follow the Global Customer Program: a series of 6 US marketing pilots that collaborated with provincial and city marketing organizations, national transportation and accommodation industry partners.
