In 2003, Nicole Pieckenhagen partnered with celebrity-chef Arpi Magyar and co-founded Couture Cuisine & Event Artistry the exclusive catering team at Graydon Hall Manor, and a preferred caterer at the Royal Conservatory of Music and the Thompson Landry Gallery in addition to a long list of private and corporate clients. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Couture Cuisine, she is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of all client events at Graydon Hall Manor and off-site: from styling lavish weddings and chic corporate affairs to creating extravagant bar mitzvahs and sophisticated social events.

Nicole Pieckenhagen is the founder and Managing Director of Toronto’s Graydon Hall Manor.
