This role involved supporting the Account Manager and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities included processing renewal documentation, invoicing, monitoring new business report and liaising with brokers and potential clients, reviewing policy documentation against terms before sending to client, maintaining the company website, assisting in the organisation of seminars and conferences.

Whilst in this role I also provided assistance to the Director of Underwriting, Director of Finance and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities included audio typing, organising external and internal meetings, MS Outlook calendar management, maintaining company website, booking travel and processing expenses.

Providing secretarial support for a team of twelve consultants I also provided support for one consultant with the day to day handling of their portfolio. Responsibilities included creating quote requests, invoicing and assisting in the co-ordination of Private Medical Insurance workshops.
