One of my favorite principles underpinning naturopathic medicine is Docere, doctor as a teacher. I have embarked on a lifetime journey to learn how to cultivate the wisdom and skills needed to cure and prevent diseases. Growing up, I was always curious about the body’s natural healing ability. As an athlete, I have experienced many setbacks due to illness or physical injuries which led me to discover naturopathic medicine. When I’m not cooking you can find me gardening, reading at a park, running or walking my dog, Frida. I enjoy traveling the world and engaging in different cultures through music and culinary experiences.
