I left my career as a school psychologist to become a stay at home mom to spend more time with my sons. In addition to providing a loving and comforting home, I also: - teach preschool to my sons at two different levels for three children (two are twins)- ensure my sons stay mentally and physically active to foster learning and continued growth- teach them not only academics but also social emotional skills to help them navigate through life- manage the household budget as well as any other spreadsheet I can get my hands on - meal plan weekly and shop for groceries to ensure my children have nutritious, homecooked meals

Usborne Books & More was great to work for and I continue to love their books. Updated the system in which you can register for workshops and conferences on the site. Moved the discussion board from an external website to the members only section of our site. Added value to being a member of MSPA by implementing the above changes and being more active on the website with new postings and information in addition to Facebook updates. Increased membership over a one-year period by 25%, over three years by 50%.Added continuing education webinars to the website in which members could watch the webinar, take a quiz, and earn continuing education credits.

I'm employed full time as a school psychologist through MN Valley Education District which serves 6 member districts in the south central region of Minnesota.
