Currently Chief Consumer Officer for Interfi Systems. Managing clients and assisting them with their businesses with the use of Interfi’s amazing system, Capital. Also managing servicing operations for related company Verofi. Previously I was the General Manager - Lending Operations at BNK Bank, responsible for the executive management of the lending stream of BNK Bank - Better Choice Home Loans. Prior, as Head of Operations & Projects, I managed the Operations and strategic projects of the company. I managed the implementation, integrations and change management of two funding warehouses for BNK Banking Corporation Limited with Bendigo Adelaide Bank and Goldman Sachs, launching both in 2021.At Pioneer Mortgage Services I was COO where I also managed the implementation of a funding warehouse with Unicredit for the Trilogy JV. Pioneer Mortgage Services integrated with Future Financial in November 2016. The Future Financial, Pioneer and Iden brands consolidated to the one brand of Better Choice Home Loans in 2017 which I managed. I assisted with a further acquisition and the consolidation of Romavale and the Nationalcorp brand in 2018. I was responsible for the brand consolidations of the four companies. I have a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Griffith University, I am an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (AFIML) and previously held CAHRI with the Australian Human Resources Institute. I have a very strong work ethic, focus on exceptional customer service and compliance to policies and procedures. I have excelled in all positions I have held and have managed a number of challenging projects successfully including three securitised funding programs and associated parties, acquisitions, funding due diligences, rating agency reviews and many strategic and corporate changes.
