At Alorica we look for people who are customer service oriented, tech savvy, and want to be promoted. Alorica prided themselves on several things for their customers, but for internal staff they pride themselves on promoting within. I am currently hiring for tech customer service agents. • Making outbound calls to generate business growth for the company. Making sure to hit all my numbers for the day.• Posting jobs on DWS, KSL, Craigslist, and CareerBuilders. Going through resumes to make sure associates are qualified before brining them in for an interview. Doing a phone interview. Interviewing face-to-face qualified associates to employee them. Run a background check. Do drug testing. Do reference checks on all employees before they go out to clients. Explain any questions associates have on payroll.• Processes semi-monthly payroll, reconciles payroll prior to transmission & validates confirmed reports. Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries. • Follow up on positions every morning to make sure employees have made it to work. E-mailing, calling or sight visits to make sure clients are happy with employees.• Fill all positions needed filled with employees to work so the clients are satisfied.• Find leads for outbound sales calls on Linkdin, Indeed, Craigslist, DWS, KSL and Careerbuilders. Do reverse search on associate’s resumes on Careerbuilders.

• Taking inbound calls from prospective students. Setting my appointments to follow up with prospective students. Interviewing prospective students via the phone. Testing prospective students. Doing correct paperwork to enroll prospective student in the field of their choice. Corresponding with enrolled students via e-mail, phone, and text and face book for anything needed completed or to keep in contact so they know the school is still interested in them as a student. Getting referrals to generate more leads.• Corresponding with Financial Aid department to meet with prospective student. Collect documents such as GED/Diploma, social security card, and driver’s license.• Corresponding with students for 30days after they start to make sure everything is going well.• Trained co-workers on ways to make them more efficient and to enroll more students. Through Y-Jacking or leads a training class. I was also asked every week to think of a topic, put together and conduct training for my team.
