Greet customers by telephone or in person, determine each customer’s wants and needs, provide information about products and services. Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve business goals.Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. Prepare sale contracts and rebates.Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales. File and maintain records in virtual and paper forms. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance. Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items. Inventory stock and requisition new stock. Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.

Greeting, assisting customers, answering and directing phone calls, and taking messages. Daily operations including opening/closing procedures, and accuracy in cash handling. Office duties such as coping, filling, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail. Assist Store Manager in interviewing prospective employees. Training staff to insure Piercing Pagoda guidelines are followed. Accurate data entry for inventory control.
