Projects of Importance:1. ‘06’ UH Cleveland Enterprise system: “Go Live” with Eclipsys. Support in training end users prior to “Go Live” developed curriculum to address this. 1 on 1 physician support. Helped assist build team as needed in design questions, reports, workflow issues. Floor support and lead during “Go Live” all end users.2. ‘07’ UH Premier Health: support for the following staff: DBV, implement, Physician’s impact for Ambulatory clinics. Integrates with Eclipsys. Physicians did not want to work exclusively with Eclipsys due to incompatibility with other hospital systems they also contracted with. Helped train and support end users on system. All inclusive system for PEDS, ENDO, ENT, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology. Participates in Clinical Content Review meetings to ensure appropriate Evidence Based Tools are built with accurate coding and compliance, pharmacy, and display names to meet all Technical and Clinical QA standards.3. ’07’ – ‘08’ Lake Hospital System Ambulatory clinics: Support for the following staff: EPIC DBV, training, support, “Go Live” implementation. Worked with CPOE, Smart Tools, Navigators for Ambulatory Physicians using inpatient charts, Note writer, Code/Bill sets. Helped with development of curriculum to train end users. INT, Ortho, PT & OT, Opthamology, Lab, PEDS. 10 + clinics, 24/7 on-call support to professional end users. 4. ‘09’ Geneva/ Geauga Medical Centers: “Go Live” iSirona DeviceConX integrates with Eclipsys to track medical devices for patients. 5. ‘09’ Cleveland Clinic: Optime helped support and train staff, part of patient care staff as well. 6. ‘10’ UH Cleveland Case Medical Center: Siemens Financial System. Integrates with Eclipsys, did not help with build, helped with some training and support of staff on the functionality of the system.
