Provides direction to PFB contracted facilities on policy issues to ensure policy guidelines and sound correctional practices are followed. Budget: approves monthly expenditures for assigned facilities; approves expenditures (per diem payments) of contracted facilities on a monthly basis; reviews supporting documentation submitted by contractor, including LOS requests; assist accounting in verifying discrepancies in monthly invoices from contractors; monitors invoices for each contracted facility and compares spending to funding levels to ensure allocated amounts are not exceeded.
