Working as an Academic Interventionist for Explore Community School, I utilize evidence-based interventions to address the special needs of each student, consequently promoting growth and development. I conceptualize and develop individualized lesson plans optimized for each student to enhance learning and achieve goals and objectives. Furthermore, I maximize flexible and inclusive teaching methods as well as instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of each student, effectuating creative and engaging lessons based on the curriculum to promote student interest and learning development.

Serving as a Research Assistant for the Department of Special Education, I collaborated with graduate professors in analyzing research and developing curriculums customized for students with learning disabilities while conducting research regarding early identification and interventions to support learners with special needs. I evaluated the student’s academic performance using standard testing practices while editing chapters and creating lesson plans for publications. I also conducted extensive research focusing on successful behavioral interventions for students with learning difficulties and special needs. In addition to this, I actively participated in campus-wide internship programs while conducting my own research regarding research methodologies.

During my service as the Lead Teacher of Town Center Elementary, I proactively administrated caseloads for 30+ students while enhancing their academic performance and behavioral skills. I demonstrated my professionalism and outstanding work ethic while representing a team of 25 in district-wide meetings. I also served as the school district representative and liaised between the school team and the upper-level management. Aside from this, I reinforced the district and state-wide implementation of quality standards by coordinating processes and school curriculum. Furthermore, I consistently recognized and received high-quality ratings by delivering effective teaching strategies and methodologies. I also established individualized and measurable goals for each student to effectively monitor and evaluate the students’ progress. Additionally, I developed and implemented a safe and effective learning environment by proficiently managing students and paraprofessionals.

We encourage young people to creatively fund raise for girls‟ sponsorship's with their online and offline social networks. For sponsors, She‟s the First provides community, leadership opportunities, and a sense of global citizenship. For underprivileged girls, the impact of a sponsorship is life-changing: Most will be the first in their families to graduate.
