I currently work as a documentation specialist at Magellan Rx Management/Prime Therapeutics. Over the years I have acquired a vast amount of experience in the development, editing and distribution of job aids and manuals for internal teams and call center agents. I also possess over nine years of experience as a trainer and recruiter for Park Operations at Sea World San Diego. Obtained a Master's in Human Resources with a specialization in learning and development and most recently received a Master's certificate in Project Management.
