On a personal level, I always seek to identify the positive aspects of situations, for the benefit of myself and others. I always try my best to be as open and clear as possible when working in a team; as cohesion results in efficiency, trust, and ensure that all people involved feel valued and included. Organisation is very important for me; it allows me to feel in control of my work load and improve efficiency by planning in advance. In regards to solving issues, I try to address them sooner rather than later. Approaching problems head on and brainstorming solutions with those involved can relieve stress, and ensure the issue is solved ethically - with the best outcomes as a priority. Empathy is an attribute which I pride myself in. I believe it is important to step back from situations considering how actions/events affect others; and evaluate how to approach people based on individual requirements.
