I am currently a supervisor at a day program for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I manage staff, train in New staff, and ensure all people's programs are carried through. I make sure that people's right are respected and they themselves are treated with respect. I focus on community inclusion for the people supported and help them experience as much as we can in life giving them the best quality of life. I also have to track people's attendance and make sure all staff documentation is complete.
