I am Nicole Samson, a highly organized and adaptable Early Childhood Educator with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children. Currently serving as a Registered Early Childhood Educator Designate at the YMCA of Three Rivers in Guelph, I am dedicated to building meaningful connections with families, colleagues, volunteers, and community members.In my role, I take pride in evaluating staff performance, assuming a leadership position in the absence of management, and overseeing program planning and staff training for a team of ten educators. As a mentor and instructor, I guide ECE college students through their placements, contributing to the growth of the next generation of educators.I hold diplomas from Conestoga College, Kitchener, and Our Lady Of Lourdes, Guelph, solidifying my educational foundation. I bring to the table a unique blend of adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills. Possessing a G class license with access to a reliable vehicle, I am equally comfortable working independently or with a team.Outside of my professional pursuits, my interests include trying new restaurants, reading, playing board games, baking, traveling, and engaging in outdoor activities based on the season. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to problems and stay dedicated to continuous educational growth and professional development.
