Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, I implemented many systems to increase retention and employee morale. Some of my primary responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and benefits. I also ensured compliance in all training, labor postings, sexual harassment training, performance appraisals as well as overseeing our Talent Acquisition Department.
