Lead the HR function for City Winery across seven states,13 locations+/1500 employees. Provide expertise, knowledge, and leadership to support business strategies and growth initiatives in partnership with our executive team. Oversee all areas of human resources including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Focus on building a strong, diverse team and fostering a culture that aligns with City Winery’s long-term vision for scaling and operational excellence.

I oversee all HR functions for this 800+ employee food and beverage company, which has 85 locations across different states. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, I implemented many systems to increase retention and employee morale. Some of my primary responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and benefits. I also ensured compliance in all training, labor postings, sexual harassment training, performance appraisals as well as overseeing our Talent Acquisition Department.

Oversaw the entire Hollis wood Facility staff, handled all employee relations, enforced all progressive discipline, ensured all certifications were up to date for CNA’s, LPN’s and HHA’s, responsible for all on boarding of hollis wood employees/ Reported to the Administrator.
