~Maintaining positive Owner relations - Assisting Owners with individual requests/requirements particular to each property in a timely manner.~Resolve resident concerns/issues - Prioritize and action service requests, questions, and complaints from residents in an expeditious manner with clear lines of communication and prudent follow-up.Coordinate all announcements and tenant communications - Rent collections, three day notices, and eviction process (including attending court hearings).~Unit inspections and managing the turnover process - Ensure that vacant apartments are turned over and made ready for new residents in a timely and cost effective manner.~Oversee work done by all 3rd party vendors/contractors related to the maintenance and operations of the building.~Property inspections and reports - Enforce all building rules and regulations in an unambiguous and consistent manner.~Maintain strong fiscal discipline (including budgeting and forecasting) when managing building controllable expenses (repairs and maintenance, turnover costs, etc.).
