• Serve as team designate when my supervisor is out of the office• Set up and balance all new payroll accounts for assigned sales representatives• Ensure accuracy in account set up and first payrolls by reviewing payroll packages and making adjustments as necessary• Train clients on proper payroll procedures to ensure a smooth transition to Paychex, Inc.• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction by providing consistent problem research and resolution• Assist sales representatives in obtaining missing and necessary information• Effectively interface with sales reps, sales managers, operations and clients and serve as a liaison between sales and operations, providing a seamless transition for new clients• Maintain knowledge of payroll, ancillary products and services and Federal and State tax laws and requirements
