Project Management and Team Communications for New Employee Orientation & Culture Programs

Partnering with our global software client, I managed the delivery of high-quality employee training events for audiences worldwide. In my role, I served as a people manager, a vendor relationship manager, an in-person and virtual event training strategist, and demand planning analyst.

Responsible for the day-to-day office activities of KPMG's Seattle office. This included the management of the office support team, physical office environment and amenities, vendors, new employee onboarding, catering & conference services.

Along with internal stakeholders, I was part of a small team responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of practice’s group and special events including air and ground transportation for larger events, liaising with destination management companies for off-site activities, and creation of branded registration sites, and reporting key metrics impacting events and budget.

Responsible for planning, developing, and delivering events for the Silicon Valley and Bay Area Business Unit of KPMG US. I collaborated with firm leadership and human resources teams to create business development, recruitment, and employee appreciation events.

Created impactful and creative client touchpoints (events, newsletters, e-mails, blogs, etc.) to increase engagement and awareness of Employers Group's products and services.

Coordinated all internal events and some events and trainings in partnership with Los Angeles Air Force Base. Responsibilities: Prepared RFPs for off-site events; conducted site selection visits on behalf of the Corporation; reconciled budgets and created cost estimates; managed on-site logistics (facilities, engineering, graphics, catering, parking, and audio-visual services); liaised with Los Angeles Air Force Base administrators to conduct co-hosted events; administered corporate communications team calendar; provided administrative and customer service to facilitators and attendees pre-, during, and post-corporate technical training activities and events. Events managed: Management meetings, quarterly CEO briefings to employees, high-level government and industry executive visits, tours, executive retirements, and corporate award ceremonies, and dinners.

Served as the main point-of-contact for corporate, association, and SMERF clients booking group activities at the hotel. Coordinated all hotel and catering department services to accommodate clients' desired services for meetings, conferences, and accommodations.
