Make sure that regional C&B policies and processes meets business needs in the region. Main responsibilities include internal equity, external benchmarking, C&B and recognition programs and ensure compliance to corporate guidelines and policies by working closely with regional HR, corporate C&B, Corporate HR team and local HRBP in the region.Ensure compensation, benefit and HRMS programs and policies meet all regulatory compliance requirements.Participate in market surveys and HR networking groups to learn about best practices in the industry and recommend as appropriate for implementation in Panduit.
