Working in the Production Engineering department administering and maintaining equipment records, maintenance schedules, and coordinating service with vendors. Other duties include troubleshooting and repair of equipment and production facilities, working closely with other departments to maintain high system availability. Routine maintenance is performed.

While maintaining FDA and OSHA regulations, I was responsible for decontamination cleaning of the clean rooms and ensuring supplies are properly sterilized by operation of an autoclave. Practiced aseptic technique when passing in supplies and/or mills into clean rooms and good documentation practices.

Assisted in training new employees on the espresso machines including sanitation and maintenance, proper customer service, and closing out the tills. I became excellent at multitasking, skilled at customer service, and maintained a sanitary environment for the customers.
