In the role of Event Assistant, I assisted the Senior Event Manager in all apsects of work - producing multiple events and coordinating with the BMF creative team. I assisted with vendor management, budget oversight, venue procurement, pre-event management, on-site coordination and creative sourcing.Furthermore, I was in charge of managing the venue database, which consists of an operation system, sub files project specific slides. Throughout my internship I added over 100 venues to the system and lead six company outings to new properties. I changed the function of the database within BMF for the better, increasing the usage by 20%.
