Working in conjunction with Industry Sponsors and Senior Cancer Center Leadership, directed all protocol activation for assigned trials to meet activation milestones and ensure accountability. The project served as a pilot to streamline processes, and mitigate timelines. The goal being to activate trials within a 90-day timeframe.

• Served as a Project Manager/Team Leader for the Early Drug Development portfolio consisting of over 20 actively accruing phase I oncology protocols as well as upwards of 30 additional trials at various points of the trial lifecycle• Coordinated all study activities, internal/external audits, study monitoring visits, and closeout visits• Liaised between the Grants and Contracts offices, investigators, and business managers to resolve congruency issues in a timely manner for projects• Directly supervised up to ten Study Coordinators, Data Managers, and Research Nurses on daily execution of research protocol activities to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and Federal, state, local and University guidelines
