    • Manage and launched an employee Instagram account (@lifeatdelta) which grew to 2,703 followers in less than one month from launch. This visit resulted in an internal and external video and article which was a top read internal story with 10,156 views. • Work cross-divisionally and with multiple departments within Delta to develop and execute communications plans. This includes supporting major projects and events from an employee communications perspective, such as a Livery Reveal event for our partnership with Team USA.• Source and write employee recognition stories for Delta’s internal channels and work alongside the media and social team to find opportunities to promote these stories externally. This includes a story about Delta people who supported a family who were traveling to adopt their son, which was published on Delta’s external news site, picked up by local media and shared on Delta’s social media.
