Nicole E. Smith, RD, CDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist that has spent most of her career providing medical nutrition therapy in the sub-acute/long-term care setting. When she is not doing that, she is fulfilling her passion of improving health and wellness in underrepresented communities. Currently, she provides nutrition workshops and supermarket tours for older adults in the Walking Wise Warriors program.
