- Evaluated the technical viability of a circular economy regarding textile and rubber waste;- Researched meta trends, analyzed existing solutions, mapped industrial actors, elaborated questionnaires, interviewed representatives from twelve companies, and made a content analysis;- Conceived a circular economy network integrating different organizations, considering transport distances and processing capacity. The client company approved the project's continuation regarding the organization of a meeting to close partnerships with the network participants.

- Reviewed the literature regarding the circular economy and the paper industry in France;- Mapped different actors in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes that could be integrated into a circular network;- Interviewed ten upcycling professionals and made a questionnaire to the population, which was answered by 68 people from France and Brazil;- Calculated environmental, economic, and local dynamic indicators. The results showed that there is a favorable environment to paper circular economy implementation in the region;- Submitted a paper about the project to the International Conference on Engineering Design.
