• Recruited to create the legal department, provide legal counsel for leadership team and Board for high growth publicly traded water and energy technology company with global business.• Provided balanced and risk appropriate advice to Board of Directors and Executive Leadership across all matters impacting publicly traded growth companies, including governance and quarterly and annual reporting cycle. • Expanded role to include accountability for EHS, Human Resources, Facilities and Administration and restructured functions to be effective business partners. • Primary contact point for all regulatory matters, with stock exchange and regulatory authorities. • Led on two major acquisitions by the business of an oil & gas proprietary technology and a US-based valve company including due diligence, negotiations and integration.• An integral player in the acquisition of the business by Xylem, as advisor to the board and interfacing with all stakeholders to complete a record sale. Also ensured the successful transition of employees to Xylem.
