-develop, market and grow SPW's programming to be effective and efficient to attract new members and play a key role in retention. -refine and evolve programs to meet the needs of members, and identify new opportunities to expand presence to new audiences. -effectively brand SPW as the leading women's program in the region.-continue elevating the caliber of speakers and topics to serve the community.-create and build sponsor relationships and partnerships to enhance the mission of SPW.-oversee the integration of social media with current marketing methods. -engage and create excitement in participant's careers and lives.-lead and manage the planning, execution and post responsbilities of all SPW events-manage the Program Coordinator assisting in the marketing and execution of these events. -plan and execute 10-15 large scale events per calendar year; ranging from interpersonal workshops with up to 90 attendees to keynote presentations with over 300 attendees. -plan and participate in the Women Helping Women Mentoring Groups that meet monthly during the year.-lead and manage the Nonprofit Roundtable program including event planning and execution, and creating and building the sponsor relationships.

-serve as the liaison between the Sales and Programming departments-create and facilitate Marketing and Promotions for audience and sales development through collaboration. -write press releases for the radio station.-lead and manage the Insider Club e-mail and newsletter, contest fulfillment and legal compliance efforts. -lead and manage all aspects from the developmental stages through the execution of all station events.-lead and manage the content on the KYW Insider Newsletter and Rewards web sites-supervise the station’s PSA program. -network and build relationships with clients as media partners for special programs and events.-carry out responsibilities of sponsorships associated with the Marketing department. -assist with the Newstudies program which instructs over 200 selected students from many schools in the Delaware Valley in a four week program which culminates with a graduation ceremony with completion certificates, awards and scholarships for outstanding students. -mange all premium items to brand the station. -submit award applications

-created the KYW Newsradio Facebook page.-create and write content for the KYW1060 Insider Club. The Insider Club issued bi-weekly e-mails to subscribers who wish to win prizes, learn about KYW events and inside information about the radio station. The e-mail program was hosted by a few servers over my time as Coordinator including; Presslaff Interactive Dat-e-base, Mass2OneMedia, TritionMedia Stickyfish. -contest fulfillment. All contest and prizes were distributed to winners after receiving legal compliance which was hosted on a server (Promosuite). -facilitate the stations Public Service Announcement Program. -During promotional and marketing events, directly assist the Marketing Director in organization and facilitation.-supervise the Marketing Interns -supervise the Promotional Street Team during on-site Event Appearances. -report directly to the Marketing Director and help with any other additional events and programs.
