I have a Bachelor Of Fine Arts Degree, with a Minor in Psychology, from Nebraska Wesleyan University. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree, I moved to Chicago, IL to continue my pursuit in a Customer Service Career, along with my passion for Acting. My current role as an Implementation Manager at GAN Integrity includes working directly with clients to successfully project manage and implement a process that encompasses their compliances needs. My skills from previously being an Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager go hand in hand with maintaining a productive and positive working relationship with my clients throughout their projects. Along with having the confidence to communicate and level set on expectations, present to all stakeholders involved in the process, and create a productive and open collaborative implementation.
