Nicole and Steve Gettle work together in offering nature photography tours to amazing destinations around the planet. Tour group sizes are kept small in order to provide the best experience with wildlife, in taking photos and sharing nature photography tips and techniques.We lead trips to diverse locations and time them to the great wildlife spectacles that occur around the world:

Served as the first Executive Director for the organization. Worked with our Board to set strategic direction, develop fundraising channels, establish a strong volunteer corps, engage local leaders and community partners in our mission, and develop internal processes and procedures to make our operations more effective. Led discussions and fostered relationships that resulted in Loudoun Wildlife having it's first permanent location. Brought together community partners, government agencies and major donors in purchasing a globally rare wetland habitat and preserving it as Loudoun Wildlie Conservancy's first nature sanctuary.

With a love of nature and conservation, Ms. Sudduth devoted her free time to building Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy from a small club of 150 members to a respected conservation advocacy voice in the fastest growing county in the United States. By applying both her business knowledge and passion for wildlife, she grew the organization to a membership and voice of over 4000 people. She set organizational goals of growing the membership reach, establishing a permanent office, having a team of paid staff, and purchasing critical habitat to be preserved in perpetuity and managed as sanctuaries. She achieved each of these goals.
