I am a licensed AIC independent insurance adjuster licensed in Florida and Minnesota and Haag Inspector Certified and maintain multiple IICRC certifications. I currently work in Wisconsin on property claims. I work to exceed expectations across the board; helping insureds understand the claim process and provide the needed details to carriers. I am constantly looking one step ahead so that processes remain organized, detailed, and properly handled from start to finish.I have over 11 years of being a lead mitigation technician and project manager in the disaster restoration industry and 6 summers of guiding in the outdoor industry. I have always had the goal of exceeding customer's expectations regardless of the industry I am in.
