Working with a wide variety of ages from elementary retreats to adult teambuilding retreats. Also, in charge of leading them in outdoor activites such as high ropes course, archery, hikes, and ziplines.

In this position Brand Representatives held the responsibility of getting to know a customer on a personal level and encourage them to visit regularly. We built wardrobes for each individual as we helped them shop as well as asked open questions to be able to add on well informed suggested pieces. It helped me learn how to best get to know a customers preferences and make suggestions.

Learned the basics of cashiering, stockroom maintenance, teamwork, time management, and customer service.

Worked one on one with customers to aid them in finding formal dresses for a variety of occasions like Prom, Pageants, Debutante Balls, Weddings, etc. I worked with a variety of demographics and factors like budgets and payment plans. I learned a great amount customers service as well as an emphasis on customer service and customer experience.
