I have excelled in every position I have worked in and done well to ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations. I moved very quickly up the ladder in Coricraft to become the brand's Flagship Manager, but was offered a lucrative position as Senior Store Manager for @Home Livingspace.I have excellent computer literacy. I have fantastic leadership ability, interpersonal and communication skills and do well to keep the team I am working with motivated. I am analytical and a holistic thinker. I have good negotiation and planning skills. I am organized & controlling. I maintain professionalism at all times. I am efficient and have a strong problem solving capability, a strategic thinker and handle conflict well. I have initiative and I am innovative and a self starter and always keen for training and development.I am a fast learner and, if given a position and direction, I have no problem achieving the required standards for a specific job description.I have proven to be an enthusiastic and reliable employee in my previous places of employment without any qualms to undertake work that may be required of me beyond the call of duty.
