After years of following my love of art and food through culinary school and the food service industry, an unexpected tragedy pulled me into healthcare where I found an even greater love for corporate management and healthcare operations. EducationBachelors of Science in Baking and Pastry Arts with a minor in Sommelier, and Master’s in Business Administration, Johnson and Wales University. Experience I have experience both in building start ups and at established international corporations. My creative skills lend themselves to anything from making wedding cakes, to designing employee engagement initiatives, to re-organizing file rooms. I’ve had great success in re-designing day-to-day processes, promoting and developing leaders, re-structuring schedules, creating programs, logs, and filing systems, and collaborating with clients to meet their needs. My greatest joy is working within a department to identify gaps in process and make the necessary changes to improve production and ultimately bring the company success. I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow my skills in operations management and business development.
