Providing support for facilities on emerging regulations including area sourceMACT standards including CMAS, CPAS, RICE MACT and Boiler GACT. Conductingfacility risk assessments. Routinely directs and conducts due diligence activities associated with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Responsible for project and client management, including preparing project budgets,proposals, invoicing, and project execution. Responsibilities included mentoring and managingjunior level staff.

Responsible for managing multiple clients and projects on a daily basis. Provided out-sourcedgeneral environmental compliance support for a foundry, including securing all necessarypermits for air water and waste, assisted in the development of SPCC and SWPPP plans forthe facility, and completed all required air, water and waste reporting. Completed Preventionof Significant Deterioration look-backs for several facilities. Participated as a lead auditor ondozens of audits for facilities in USEPA compliance track program.

Completed emissions inventories, Title V applications, and Prevention of SignificantDeterioration and New Source Review permit applications. Completed Ohio Best AvailableTechnology (BAT) determinations and Air Toxics Modeling using SCREEN 3. Conductedgeneral environmental compliance audits for a wide variety of facilities. Managed multipleprojects for a wide variety of clients including the automotive industry, automotive suppliers,iron and steel foundries, refineries, chemical plants, plastics plant, rubber manufacturers,energy facilities, paper plants and aluminum die casting facilities in various states including IN,NJ, OH, PA and TN. Assisted several facilities with the implementation of ISO14001.

Responsible for the daily activities associated with 3 ultraviolet phosphor production lines.Duties included fine tuning standard operating procedures, charting and specifying rawmaterial quality, and tracking product quality by lot. Supervised the scale-up and debugging ofnew alternative fluid bed coating technology for producing electroluminescent phosphor.Conducted FMEA analysis and assisted in the completion of a six sigma project on an existingphosphor production line.

Participated in the Associates Development Program, a program designed to give newengineers experience in the various divisions of the company. Daily responsibilities includedtracking color, brightness and lifetime of cool white fluorescent product, troubleshooting andrepair of wet scrubber for glycerin, oversight of the installation and start-up of a newproduction line and coating wastewater treatment system.

Assisted with OSHA reporting, aided in the implementation of ISO14001, developed andimplemented a waste minimization program. Wrote a successful petition for de-listing ofhazardous waste sludge per USEPA regulations. Conducted EH&S training for newly hiredpersonnel and conducted annual EH&S refresher training.

Assisted project managers with the completion of emissions inventories, Title V applications,and minor source air permits. Participated in general environmental audits and assisted in thedevelopment of ISO14001 programs.

Revised existing Process Flow Diagrams in preparation for a plant expansion. Conducted atime study on the grain unloading elevator. Completed process efficiency testing on the glutendryer.
