Provide support to client with sourcing, recruitment process and hiring strategies. Identify and implement sourcing strategies by creatively conducting research and utilizing a multitude of resources in the local market. Consult with Hiring Manager's to troubleshoot and resolve recruiting issues related to specific positions and markets. Manage recruitment related events and meetings. Provide local market data to client and program lead to enhance effective candidate targets.

Delivered individualized and research-based instruction to 20 students with learning differences daily. -Administered necessary interventions and strategies to promote achievement of student objectives and improve instruction for all learners.-Designed specialized instruction and objectives for each student with detailed lesson plans and scope and sequences for academic planning.-Applied instructional design processes and models to create engaging lessons.-Facilitated and led grade level team plannings, attended meetings with administration and brought back important details and best practices to implement within the grade level team. As team lead, mentored and helped to train a first year teacher.-During the year of 2020-2021, taught over 20 remote students daily with learning differences while focused on implementing e-learning lesson plans and creating engaging e-learning activities.

Clinical Teacher / Senior year: Clinical Teaching placement in 6th grade and 1st grade. (84 Days total)* Created curriculum, taught lesson plans, administered and graded test and classwork, tutored children with reading disabilities, and took part in grade level planning meetings.* Received high marks on all teaching observations.
